Built for NYC Local Law 18
New York City restricts stays of under 30 nights in most private homes unless the host is registered with the city. We only list licensed hotels and hotel-exempt operators (including aparthotels), and legally registered short-term rentals. We don't list 30+ night corporate housing. Compliance is reviewed before any listing goes live.
