12% traveler service fee
Added to the nightly rate on each booking. On a $300 night, that's $36, for a total of $336 before any applicable taxes.
$10 one-time verification
Paid once when you verify your government ID and selfie. It covers the check and the manual review of your account, and you don't pay it again.
Free for hosts during launch
During our launch there's no listing fee and no host commission. Traveler fees never come out of the host's payout.
Non-refundable bookings
All bookings are final, which lets hosts confirm same-day stays instantly. A damage deposit hold is placed on the traveler's card for each stay. It's a hold, not a charge.
